My mum and I have previously ordered from Bright Heart Design before and have always been very pleased with the quality of the cards.
I ordered the 100th birthday card with wooden cake in memory of my grandma, who has sadly passed away, so this particular milestone and card meant a great deal to my family.
Unfortunately, when the card arrived it appeared to have been damaged in the post. This was quite disappointing given the card's sentimental importance.
I sent an email to BHD and promptly received a very helpful email from Gaynor who acknowledged my issue and promptly arranged for a replacement card to be sent out to me with additional protection in the packaging to avoid a repeat.
The card arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Gaynor for your excellent customer service😊
