Communication was fab from the order. I thought the balloons would be raised so they’d catch the light when you moved the card, giving it that extra bit of wow. Unfortunately, they were just a flat shiny finish, so it didn’t have the effect I’d imagined. The card is still lovely. If it wasn’t for that it definitely would’ve had 5* !

We wish text font choice could be extended.
We have now ordered four of this style of card and all have been made beautifully and delivered promptly.
Our only reservation relates to the typeface which we would change if alternatives were on offer
