FAQ's
Processing Times
Our processing times are shown on the yellow 'Announcement' section at the very top of the page, but our standard processing times are 1 working day from the date of ordering to being despatched. Any changes to this owing to workloads/time off etc. will always to be shown on the Announcement header.
When will I receive my order?
All items within the UK with free delivery are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post, aimed at delivery within 2-4 working days of despatch, however these are estimates only and as this is a third party service it is not possible to guarantee delivery dates and there can be short delays.
International shipping estimates are approx. 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-10 working days for USA, Canada and Australia - however shipping times are not guaranteed and short delays can be experienced on occasion.
Although the vast majority of orders are still arriving within the usual timeframe, Royal Mail are still experiencing backlogs in some areas, therefore delivery dates can't be assured and I would appreciate it if you could allow a little flexibility if delivery does run a little late.
PLEASE do also check that the delivery address provided with your order is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified after despatch.

Wholesale availability
I regularly supply to retailers on a wholesale basis - please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information.
Can I send a card directly to the recipient?
Yes! Of course you can!
Just choose from the dropdown list whether it's being posted to you or the recipient and that will do the trick! Don't forget to add your personal message so they know who it's from, and include their address in the 'Delivery Address'.
Order not received?
Your order should arrive with you within the timeframe outlined above where possible, however these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed as unavoidable short delays in the postal systems do sometimes occur, though this is thankfully rather rare.
Missing orders must be reported within 60 days of the estimated delivery date
